The Partners and Personnel

The Partners of the firm are Frederick Grounds, DL, FSVA, FAAV, and Geoffrey Brinton, ACII, FNAEA, who both have over 30 years of professional experience in the property business.

The Senior Associates of the firm are Shirley Pollard, BA, ARICS, FAAV, and Nicholas Grounds, MA (Cantab), ARICS.

Other professional members of the team include, Richard Barnwell, ANAEA, our Director of Auctions, Nicola Claire Banks BSc, and Jody Betts.

Our professional team is ably assisted by Doreen Brinton, the Residential Property Manager at our Chatteris office, Louiza Wilkins, the Residential Property Manager at our March office, and by Sheila Bowers, Cathy Goodjohn, Christine Dawson, Michelle Wadlow, Lorraine Pook, Rachel Taylor, Julie Coleman, David Southwell, Carol Carter, David Downes, Janet Wardle, Nicky Smith, Lorraine Fleming, Illona Fuller, Elaine Petchell and Margaret Preston, most of whom have been with the firm for a great many years.

As can be seen, the Partners and Staff are between them members of every principal professional organisations covering property, land, real estate and related matters in the United Kingdom, including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Valuers and Auctioneers, the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
